Remodeler IV
You must have experience in all building trades, be able to work independently, and to act as a working foreperson for a small crew.
PAY: $20 - $25/hour DOE
$ 150/month offered for Health Insurance after 90 days
401K-retirement program available 1 year from date of hire at the next available entry enrolment date
Position requires:
Own tools
Own truck
Valid California Drivers License
Insurance
Good driving record
We expect you to have extensive knowledge in the following areas:
Concrete – layout and set forms for foundations
Framing – The ability to layout and cut a roof.
Electrical – Tinstall service panels and wire a kitchen.
Drywall – Extensive knowledge of installing and be VERY GOOD at patching and matching.
Finish and Trim – Install base, hang doors and trim them, and install crown molding and elaborate trim.
You Must Have The Ability To:
Relocate HVAC supplies and returns and duct bath fans and kitchen hoods
Supervise, motivate, get along with a small crew
Produce exceptional quality work
Get along with customers
Read plans and interpret them
Remodeling Carpenter • • • TOP
Remodeler III
You must have experience in remodeling carpentry. Experience in building new homes is a bonus, however we are looking for a person that has done lots of remodeling carpentry.
PAY: $16 - $20/hour DOE
$ 100/month offered for Health Insurance after 90 days
401K-retirement program available 1 year from date of hire at the next available entry enrolment date
Position requires:
Own tools
Own truck
Valid California Drivers License

We expect you to have extensive knowledge in the following areas:
Framing – remove and replace walls, frame doors and windows. The ability layout and cut a roof and build stairs is an added bonus.
Concrete – layout and set forms for foundations.
Drywall – knowledge of installing and be able to tape, top and finish.
Finish and Trim – install base, hang doors and trim them. install crown molding and elaborate trim is an added bonus.
