Major Design Goals:

• Remodel a small pool powder bath within the existing footprint
• Increase open feel
• Make bath feel like it was unique & colorful

How Goals Were Accomplished:

• Bathroom was gutted & replaced in essentially the same fashion since it functioned well as it existed
• Drop soffit was removed to create more open feel
• Light, maple cabinets were also utilized to maintain openness
• A custom vanity base, with open shelf storage areas, was fabricated for support of a unique glass counter with vessel lavatory, along with a custom, complementary mirror treatment
• Glass doors were utilized to conceal towels & provide a colorful, fun, pool-side effect
